The indicators GRH are a tool derived from the study of diverse certifications and environmental or sustainable stamps of products, services or management, so much of general area as specifics for tourist establishments, which guarantee a holistic and rigorous approximation in the obtaining of the "sustainable" Product/Service:
> Efficiency and saving: The water and energy consumptions have an economic important repercussion in the tourist establishments. They work on those actions that allow to be more efficient to achieve that the economic weight of the consumptions they are not a ballast for his economy. Most of the actions of this indicator have a direct consequence in the indicator of environmental impact.
> Comfort and health: As tourist establishments, To guarantee the comfort of the clients is an unavoidable premise. One affects in all those measures that suppose an improvement of the comfort and of the health of the users of the establishment, in relation especially with the quality of the air of the interior environments, in the supply and in the control of the REM.
> Social responsibility: one works, on the one hand, from an internal vision having in it counts quite what it has to see with the conditions and the environment of work of the equipment of the establishment. And on the other hand, one works the relation with the distributors and collaborators of the establishment including the companies of the third sector.
> Environmental impact: they analyze and work all the aspects of the establishment that suppose an impact in different environmental vectors to reduce to the maximum possible. Between others, we affect in the management of the residues, energy, water, the products and used services, the transport or the pollution.
